In honor of THE TAINTED ARCHIVE's TV Cops Weekend (and as a follow-up to yesterday's review of Roy Huggins' "novel" 77 Sunset Strip) here's a complete episode from 1960. This comes to us courtesy of YouTuber Pete53100. Thanks Pete!
My contribution to Gary Dobbs' TV Cops Weekend, titled "The Birth of 77 Sunset Strip" is HERE.
Sadly, 77 Sunset Strip is not yet available on DVD. Neither is Maverick. I don't know what Warner Brothers is waiting for. The only top WB series out so far is Cheyenne.
And thanks to you forposting this ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks for this, Dave - a great thing to watch on a Saturday morning! Maybe I'll have to do the same on my blog... with a Barney Miller show.
ReplyDeleteJust those faces bring back so many wonderful memories. Thanks for thinking of sharing this.
ReplyDeleteIt's great you've posted this alongside your Archive piece - read the article, watch the show. Cool!
