A magnificent example of the art of one of my favorite comic artists, although he still lacked the maturity of style shown in the following decade, above all in horror stuff!

Evan Lewis: This Jim Bowie lookalike was the proud recipient of the Mystery Writers of America 2011 Robert L. Fish Award for his EQMM story "Skyler Hobbs and the Rabbit Man." His AHMM story "The Continental Opposite" was nominated for a Shamus award and selected for Best American Mystery Stories 2016.
