Writer "Robert Storm," near as I can discover, was a house name for the King Features syndicate. Artist Austin "Bud" Briggs was also a magazine illustrator. He's still getting warmed up here, but by this end of this story - Week 10 - he really hits his stride. He did some fine work on some of the Hammett newspaper serials I've been featuring on Wednesdays.
