Captain Marvel seemed to be Fawcett's official greeter. He often appeared on the covers of first issues of new series.
The Captain looks good in a cowboy hat, too.
Excellent artwork. Who dunnit? Rabow?
They do have a Raboy look, but no one seems to have identified them as his. Or anyone else's.
My guess for the artist would be Harry Parkhurst or Carl Pfeufer.
Looks like if you were a bad guy then you wore a red or red plaid shirt.
