Those late-1940s Nedor Comics covers by Schomberg always made me wonder. Even though they are obviously line art, they have a painted effect, almost as if they've been airbrushed (I don't even know if they HAD airbrushes back then). I wonder who did the final coloring, and by what method. Anyone know?
