Overlooked Films: THE THREE STOOGES in "The Three Troubledoers" (1946)
Apparently this short was officially titled "The Three Troubledoers," but some of the promotional material left out the Three. No biggee. It's the Three real Stooges Out West. Let the n'yuck-n'yuck-n'yucking begin.
About 20 years ago a friend and fellow Stoogeoholic, gave me a case of The Three Stooges beer. I still have a six pack unopened and intend to leave it to my children in my will. Sometime in the future it will be worth a fortune...
I thought of being buried with my six pack of Three Stooges beer but once the word got out about the beer being in the grave then another Stooger would be digging it up. I'd drink now but it would probably kill me after all these years...
Shemp is real (and very earnest)...but I'll grant you, even as a non-fan, Curly was the best of them. I'm enough of a non-fan that I hope never to exposed to a Joe Bessr or DeRita outing again...

Curly must have had his stroke not long after this was filmed.

Jeez, Walker, if I had one of those I'd ask to be buried with it.

I'll watch it this PM for old time's sake.

Sheesh. You had to remind me of Besser and DeRita? That was cruel.
