The second is from "The Lost Door" by Margaret Rogers Straub (Oct '36). The last from Edmond Hamilton's "The Fire Princess" (Oct '38). Don't know about the others.
Finlay illustrated a pulp magazine format edition of A MIDSUMMER'S NIGHT DREAM, which was published by the Popular Fiction Publishing Co. This was in the '30s I believe. It's worth looking at.
