At the close of our last Sunday case, we saw Wolfe rush Archie off to the airport to pursue a new mystery. Here it comes. Sadly, we have now exhausted our stash of Ger Apeldoorn's glorious color Sundays, and must make do (at least until some new hero comes along) with these black and whites.

Sorry, but I can't see Wolfe EVER getting on a helicopter and going anywhere. The artwork looks different too.
Jeez, Stout never let Wolfie have any fun. We never saw him riding a Harley, or water skiing, or skydiving, or bungee jumping, or even riding in a submarine or a rocket ship. Now's our chance.
Fran Matera did the dailies and Sundays for about six week in July and August of '57.
