Globe-trotting Treasury agent got his start in 1950 in Police Comics, and went on the star in his own 38-issue comic book. He was a cool spy three years before Ian Fleming made spies cool. This one is from T-Man #3, dated Jan. 1952. The art is thought to be by Edmond Good, and the scanning by JonTheScanner.
