The mag that began as Moon Girl and the Prince, then became Moon Girl and Moon Girl Fights Crime ended up as A Moon ... A Girl ... Romance before finally being reborn as Weird Fantasy. This story by Woody and Harry Harrison (yeah, the Stainless Steel Rat guy) appeared in issue 10, dated Nov-Dec 1949. It's another hand-colored silverprint, natch.

Gee, wouldn't it be fun to find the person who wrote all over the panels and break his goddamn arms in three places?
Might have been Marie Severin. You'd be a Me Too villain.
The boss looks like one of those guys who hire the Three Stooges to fix their plumbing only to end up chasing them with a meat cleaver.
You're right, Bill. He looks like a grown-up Doug Levin.
