Pulling a "famous mystery writer" as the killer out of thin air at the end is not exactly sticking the landing. Not going to explain where an author just picked up such impressive impersonation skills along with a bit of demolitions training, or why he was choosing each victim, or - well anything besides "he went mad" as a motivation? Less time in the pool and save some panels for a real solution to the mystery next time, Lamont.
Ah well, at least Margo got to keep her clothes on this time.
