One of Wolverton's best works. Weird aliens, blocky boilerplate spaceships, stoic hero, amazing compositions, epic disaster and probably the strangest looking logo ever. One can only imagine what it would have been like as a 12 year old, coming across this issue of Target on the newsstand back in the early years of what is now called The Golden Age.
