Almost every panel of this story reminds me of his many paperback book covers.Does the cover feature a cowboy star of the time? If so, who is he, and why is he considered King of the Old West?
Don't know, but the same guy was on the first eleven covers, and someone on Comicbookplus opined that he looks like singing cowboy Eddie Dean.
