Bernard Baily had a long career with D.C. comics, stretching from 1938 to 1980. But in 1944 he started his own comic line, publishing at least four one-shots, and The Cisco Kid #1 is one of them. I like his art a lot better than that of Bob Jenney and Ray Baily in the later Dell series.
