In the middle one, would that be Lion Man? Of course it is.

I didn't know that Don Newton ever drew The Phantom, or that Charlton was still publishing the character after 1970. I remember seeing Phantom comics by Charlton in the late 1960s, with art by Jim Aparo.

Aparo and Newton both later worked at DC. Aparo did The Brave & the Bold in the 1970s and early 1980s. And, ca. 1980, Newton did Batman in Detective Comics and Shazam in World's Finest Comics.
