I don't know who wrote the MOST stories, but Bellem wrote plenty! There's a massive, but still incomplete bibliography of his work here (and this is page 1 of 2):

Thanks Evan! Hmm I suppose is one thing to talk about with plenty of time ahead. The writers of the pulp age (or the first Pulp Age) are workers of the word in his purest sense.

Thus, i'm sure thereis plenty of works paid but unpublished.
