And you've no doubt seen a lot of Kurtzman/Elder Annie Fannie's while perusing those high-brow articles in Playboy. But you won't find too many stories featuring all three guys at once. "Dusty" Ballew. . . I wonder whether this character was at all inspired by crooner and singing cowboy Smith Ballew?
